The words "cheap" and "cost-effective" both pertains to the price that is attributed to a product or a service. However, there seems to be a difference in terms of their usage since the word "cheap" is usually linked to low or poor quality. In any other products or services, it is still best for you to go for those which may not appear to have the lowest prices but show proven quality.
