Sports - When Eating Healthy is Not Enough

When I was young, my parents had always tried their best to feed me healthy stuff. I get my daily does of a balanced diet varying from whole wheat bread to fish to lean meat to vegetables and to fruits. Every meal comes with a five minute explanation of what I am eating and what it can do to my body.
