Over the past couple of hundred years, kitchens have seen some sort of contraption to toast bread. When first invented, a metal frame was placed into the fire to toast the bread that was inside of it. Now 200 years later, toasters have certainly evolved. No more open fire toasting, instead say hello to the toaster and the toaster oven. Toasters now give you the option of either two, four, six, and eight slots.
