In "Palin is a mockery," Sept. 4, Terry Holland states that the selection of Sarah Palin as a vice-presidential candidate is a mockery. I heartily disagree. When I look upon the current political landscape, I would have to conclude that the Democratic Party's nomination of Barack Obama is the true mockery.
